We understand that customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re here to help.
Refunds (Only for Defective / Incorrect Products)
- Refunds are only applicable if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after approval.
- As we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model, refunds will be issued to your bank account or UPI ID after verification.
- To initiate a refund, Contact us or WhatsApp us on +917265813278 within 7 days of delivery, along with clear photos/videos of the issue.
Mandatory Proof Requirement
- A complete unboxing video (without any cuts) is mandatory to claim any refund or exchange for damaged, defective, or wrong products.
- The video must clearly show:
- Sealed package before opening
- Opening process
- Product condition after opening
- Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Exchange Policy (Size Issues)
- If you have ordered the wrong size or the size does not fit, we offer an exchange option.
- A Rs. 200 exchange fee will be applicable:
- Rs. 100 for pickup from your address to our warehouse
- Rs. 100 for shipping the new product from our warehouse to your address
Free Exchange / Returns
- Free exchange or return is only applicable in case of defective, damaged, or wrong products received.
Important Notes
- No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for change of mind.
- Requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- Minor packaging damage will not be considered eligible for refund or exchange.
- Product must be unused and in original condition for any exchange.
